​Campaign Management allows account representatives to create quality schedules for clients. Interfacing with availability from the scheduling system and deal parameters such as CPT takes the guesswork out of campaign planning.
Programmatic Scheduling
Enables life-cycle monitoring and automated rescheduling as actual broadcast times become available. Includes intelligent balance/fill routines for network scheduling with opt-out features for special events. Interfaces to external public services - performing rights, MMS, UK J-ET systems and agency portals.

Workflow reflects the real-world deal sign-off and inventory management to ensure that not only are all customer offers underwritten, but also that the publisher has sufficient inventory to meet contractual commitments.
 
Accounts
Fully integrated customer billing service with online statements and invoices. Customer billing can be as planned, as broadcast or according to predefined schedules. Provides live bill-feeds into ERP systems including SAP.

​Provides a full suite of management reports detailing every aspect of every campaign. Provides detailed analysis and reporting against audience demographic such as RAJAR data in the UK, Nielsen or equivalent in each country.

Deals Manager
Deals Manager enables the creation of pricing policies for all or individual customers, including spot pricing, minimum CPT, seasonal or daypart factors. It can factor in allowed discount levels based on spend, early booking, new customer and other variables ensuring that the right price can be obtained for any spot or campaign.
Programmatic Planning
Automatically creates a schedule based on pricing policy from the Deals Manager, availability from the scheduling system and audience data from RAJAR.  This reduces the pressure on peak dayparts and provides better targeting for both advertisers and agencies.
