  1. 1. How to register an account?

    It's easy to register. Go to the AdServe Advertiser Application. Click "Register",or here

    Fill in the information. Agree to the terms & conditions and Click the "Submit" box.You will receive an email with further information if you are approved as an Advertiser.

  2. 2. What should I do if I forget my password?

    You can retrieve your password by email. Click the "Forget Password" in the Advertiser Login box.

    Enter your registered email and you will get an instruction mail show you how to do.

    Welcome to AdServe! For the new users in AdServe, you can follow the steps below:

    There are 3 Ad Boxes in the right hand side of our publishers' web page. Each online Ad Box includes an Ad title, Ad URL, image and body text.

    You can view your Ad as well as your ad performance here. On this page, you can also manage you Ad by adding budget, modifying your ads' creative and Ad targeting as well as changing your ad bid.

(How to write an ad in Ad Box)
  1. 1. How to write the Ad title?

    Your ad title should be clear and eye-catching with the unique selling point of your product/service which would generate the attention of your target audience. The Ad title is limited to 25 characters.

  2. 2. How to write the Ad content?

    Clear and sample ad content with attractive keyword can draw the attention of your target audience. Just mention clearly what your product/ service is and make sure your ad content is grammatically correct and avoid long sentence. More, the Ad content is limited to 135 characters.

  3. 3. May I create an Ad without image?

    All Ad Boxes in AdServe required an image. You can enhance the benefit your Ad by having an impressive image with your brand/ product /service.

  4. 4. Why I can't upload the image?

    Please check the size and format of your Ad image. It allows in JPG, PNG or GIF format and size cannot greater than 5MB.

  5. 5. What is limit of the size of the Ad image?

    The size of your Ad image cannot be greater than 5Mb. The dimensions of the image must be larger than 50 pixels. If your image is larger or smaller than 110 pixels wide x 80 pixels tall, we will resize your image accordingly.

    Please note that Ads must not employ flashing, shaking, rolling, pulsing or other similar graphics e.g. animated logos).

  6. 6. Can I change my ad's target into other language? Do AdServe only support in English?

    You can have a languages setting in "User Computer Setting" while create Ad. After design your ad, go to step 2 and select the languages in the box.

  7. 7. What is the Daily Budget?

    That's a maximum limit to spend in your campaigns per day. You can modify it anytime.

  8. 8. What is the Bid Price?

    Set a bid price to control the maximum amount you willing to pay for your ad by CPM.

Advertiser Account

(How to manager your account)
  1. 1. Should I sign up for more than one account?

    Advertisers are not allowed to create or manage multiple AdServe accounts for advertising purposes unless given permission by AdServe Ltd. to do so.

  2. 2. How do I find an ad or campaign?

    You can access and manage your campaign and ads anytime by clicking the Ad manager in the menu.

  3. 3. How can I change a campaign's status or budget?

    Yes, you can modify your campaign name, campaign's status and daily budget anytime. You can visit here and simply click the EDIT buttons in the Campaign Info, then modify your campaign. Click "Save" after finished.

  4. 4. How can I modify my Ads?

    Yes, you can modify your Ads info here by selecting your ad in the menu bar. You can change your Ad title, Ad status, ad bid and targeting here. Click "Save" after finished.

    For modifying your ad creative (e.g. Ad body, Destination URL and Image), you should click "Edit Ad Creative". Changing the ad will delete the existing ad and create a new one. The new ad will begin with statistics at zero, and statistics for the old ad can be found in "deleted" ads too.

  5. 5. My ads are paused and I can't resume them.

    If your campaign is currently paused, the ads in the campaign would be paused and cannot be resumed until the entire campaign is active again. To resume the campaign, click the "edit button" next to the campaign status, and set it to "Active". You should then be able to resume the individual ads.

  6. 6. What can I do if my ad was disapproved?

    If your ad was disapproved by the Ads team, please review the reasons given at the top of your Ads Manager and in your email. For most disapproval reasons, you'll see the option to edit your ad. Please make any necessary corrections and resubmit your ad for review again.

  7. 7. Where can I see my ads while browsing the site?

    Ads display in the ad space which is in the right side column on our publishers. Up to three ads may show at one time on any given page.

    If you cannot see your ad while browsing our publishers' website, it doesn't mean your ad isn't running, just that our system has determined that other ads would be more relevant to you. As long as you are seeing impressions reported in your ad statistics, this means your ad is running and can be seen by users. More, a high bid can help you to bargain a higher impression rate of your Ad, thus you can easier to see your ads while browsing the site. Modify your Ad bid here.

  8. 8. How do I delete a campaign?

    You can select the campaign which you want to delete by ticking the box in Ad Manager, then pass the Delete button in the left-hand corner of the page.

    Please note that all ads inside the deleted campaign will also be deleted.

Billing and Payments

  1. 1. How can I add money into my account?

    Please add money here by Paypal or wire.

  2. 2. What are my payment options?

    You can add money into your account via Paypal or Wire.

    1. Paypal

      You can choose either "Recurring Payment" or "Normal Payment" (with 3% Transaction Fee). For the recurring payment, you will be charged automatically to the pre-set amount of money when the account balance is reached by USD$55. The recurring amount can be changed anytime. It may take 3 to 10 business days for PayPal to process the transaction. You will bear the PayPal transaction fee which can be changed without any notification.

    2. Wire

      It may take up to 15 business days for the banking wire transfer processing. You will bear all banking charges by the banks of both parties. You should contact their local bank or us for the bank charges. Your account balance is deducted from time to time based on your advertising activities on AdServe. The information including impressions and costs reflecting on the advertiser's AdServe account may be delayed and it is subjected to any changes until the figures have been finalized by the AdServe system.

  3. 3. Can I add money into my account in different currency?

    Sorry. The ads price and bills are posted in USD only. But, you can pay your account with most major credit card. It will be converted to the currency by your credit card provider.

  4. 4. What is the "Account Spending Limit"?

    Your account balance would be limited by our admin team by "Account Spending Limit" according to your account behavior and loyalty. We would enlarge your "Account Spending Limit" if your ads/ campaigns performance is good.

  5. 5. May I enlarge my "Account Spending Limit" by myself?

    NO, you cannot enlarge your "Account Spending Limit" by yourself in our site. We would enlarge your "Account Spending Limit" according to your account behavior and loyalty. More, you can request for the enlargement by contact our admin team at .

  6. 6. Could I refund if I want to terminate my account?

    NO REFUNDS. One hundred percent (100%) of all pre-paid funds deposited into your Advertiser Account are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Report

(Ad Manager)
  1. 1. What is Ad Manager?

    You can view your campaigns' overall performance and ads' overall performance. You can also manage your campaigns and ads by modifying campaigns/ads Info, status, campaign daily budget, bid price, campaign duration as well as preview you ad anytime in the Ad Manager.

  2. 2. How can I check my report with advanced option?

    Please go to the Ad Manager, select the campaigns you want by click.

    You can view your campaigns info and performer report there.

  3. 3. How can I see my report by different Timeframe?

    By Daily :

    You can see your impression and spending by daily at the "Performance in last 7 days".

    Click the box to select impression or spending. Point to the dot of day in the chart, data will pop up near the dot.

    By Different Time View:

    Point to the "Last 7 Days" Box, different timeframe will be show, e.g. Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, This month, Last month, and Custom.

    You can apply the timeframe you want or click the Custom to apply the exact date range.

  4. 4. What is the Pencil icon in the performance report?

    In the Ad Info, you can modify your campaign's name, status and daily budget anytime by simply click the pencil button.

  5. 5. What is the magnifier icon in the performance report?

    You can view and edit the campaigns info by click the magnifier icon.

    Click "Edit Ad" to modify your ad

  6. 6. Where can I preview and modify my individual ad's info?

    Go to Ad Manger, select the individual ad under your campaign, you can find your individual ad info. Modify the ad status, bidding and targeting options by using the "edit" button. Remember to click "Save" after you finish your modification.

(All Performance Report)
  1. 1. What is the "All Performance Report"?

    You can view all campaigns and ads performance with daily break down here. We provide a line chart with notifications for you clarify the daily trend of your campaigns/ads performance. You can also determine the effects of your action towards your ads or campaigns by this chart. You can move the bar to select the period for viewing the trend.

  2. 2. Where can I view my individual campaigns' or individual ads' daily break down?

    You can find them in "All performance report".

  3. 3. What are the meanings of the notice nearby the chart?

    These are the Daily Event notice of your campaign and ads. Here are their messages:

    Message Descriptions
    Daily Budge is reached Your Daily budget is reached on a specific campaign, which means the inflected campaign will stop to run until day end. You can increase the daily budget in Ad Manager, thus the campaign will continuous to run on that day
    Account Spending Limit is reached Your Account's daily spending limit is reached, that means all of your campaign will be stopped to run until day-end. Please contact our Admin team if you want to increase your spending limit
    Campaign Daily Budget changed You have modify your daily budget on that day
    Campaign Active You resumed your campaign on that day
    Campaign Inactive You campaign is become inactive on that day
    Paused You paused your campaign on that day
    Ended You campaign duration is ended on that day, thus you ads under that campaign are ended. You can extent your campaign duration in Ad Manager
    Insufficient Fund Your Account is out of budget, thus your campaign is stopped to run
    Running You ad is start to run on that day
    Ad Rejected You ad is being rejected by our admin team. Please find the reason in the Notification and modify your ad comply with our Advertising guidelines
    Deleted You deleted your campaign on that day
    Bid Changed You have modify the bidding of your ad on that day
